Postgraduate Research Fellow
Anne graduated from Edinburgh University and has completed a global paediatric training, which involved working in various centres in Scotland and stints in Perth and Port Hedland in WA. She completed her paediatric nephrology training in Perth, Sydney, Glasgow and Toronto, Canada, where she also undertook 2 years of basic science research, investigating the chemokine, fractalkine. She worked as a consultant paediatric nephrologist for several years at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Trust (Evelina Children’s Hospital) in London, before relocating to Sydney in 2008. Anne is currently working part-time as the postgraduate fellow in paediatric nephrology and has retained an interest in basic science research. She is married with one daughter.
