Lindsay commenced with the Centre for Kidney Research (CKR) in June 2017 and works to implement ARDAC - a longitudinal cohort study investigating the early signs of kidney and cardiovascular disease in both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal children and young adults in NSW. The aim of the study is to assess differences and changes in the kidney and cardiovascular health of Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal participants in order to close the Gap for Kidney Health.

Lindsay’s career has encompassed a diverse range of positions within both Commonwealth and State Governments/private sector and various community based organisations where he has committed his expertise affiliated with over 30 years in Aboriginal Affairs and the general community. Lindsay holds an extreme high value of ethics for his own individual conduct through commitment and integrity with a professional emphasis for the success of the ARDAC study.

He believes he can make this vision possible with both the ARDAC team and his extensive network to understand and develop fundamental preparation strategies when offering direction, guidance and support to families, communities and the workforce.
